Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat rate for orders under $50. Delivery within 10-14 business days.
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

The LOL Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
